Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking management
Publishing, steering and monitoring your listings on the platforms that suit your cottage.
We open and run the accounts, handle bookings, changes and cancellations, and decide platform by platform where the property should appear. Distribution is centralised, which removes the risk of double bookings.
Listing optimisation
Copy, photo selection, amenity positioning and placement against neighbouring cottages.
Title, description, photo order, listed amenities, house rules: every element is written for search as much as for the guest. The listing is revised at every change of season — and there are four, sharply drawn.
Professional photography
Preparing the cottage and shooting it. The first image decides the booking.
We prepare the cottage before the session, coordinate the photographer and select the images. Ideally in two passes, summer and winter: a cottage does not sell on the same photographs in January and in July.
Dynamic pricing
Rates adjusted for season, demand and the region's calendar.
March break, long weekends, autumn colours, sugaring season, Ottawa's festivals: demand for an Outaouais cottage is sharply seasonal. We steer revenue per night, not the occupancy rate alone.
Arrivals and departures
Self check-in or greeted arrival, tailored instructions, support throughout the stay.
Every guest receives clear instructions before arriving, access road and winter guidance included. We stay reachable during the stay and inspect the cottage on departure.
Owner reporting
Regular updates on income, occupancy and bookings. Without having to ask.
You receive a statement of what the cottage earned, its occupancy and anything notable in the period. Reporting is systematic: it does not depend on you chasing it.
Management for non-resident owners
You are not in the region: nothing to visit, nothing to call about, nothing to verify.
Built for owners based elsewhere in Canada or abroad. We are your presence on the ground: interventions, meeting contractors, monitoring the condition of the property and a regular remote update.
What comes with the services.
Cleaning and linen
We coordinate cleaning and linen rotation between stays, with quality checks. The work is carried out by teams we have selected.
Hot tub and seasonal equipment
Water checks between stays, seasonal opening and closing, winter equipment follow-up. This is the constraint that discourages owners more than any other.
Snow clearing and winter access
Coordinating snow clearing of the driveway and parking, and briefing guests on access conditions. An impassable road is a cancellation.
Maintenance
We identify the problem, bring in the contractor and follow the work through. Repair costs remain yours: we coordinate them, we do not absorb them.
What we do not do.
Better said plainly: we do not handle long-term lettings, real estate brokerage, construction or major renovation, or full furnishing. We do not sell cottages and we do not work with developers. We will point you to the right people when the subject comes up, but we do not claim to cover it.
