What does your service cost?

The commission starts at 25% of the income generated and covers the entire operation. A cottage costs more to run than an apartment: several bedrooms, a hot tub, grounds, seasonal equipment and distances. The exact rate is confirmed after the audit. Repair costs remain yours.

Am I allowed to let my property short-term?

It depends entirely on where it is. In Ottawa, short-term rental is restricted to the host's principal residence, except in rural zones where a cottage rental permit exists. In Quebec, CITQ registration is mandatory. And a condominium may forbid it regardless of municipal rules. We check your specific case during the audit.

Is exclusivity required?

Yes, on distribution. Marketing is centralised and steered by us: that is what prevents calendar clashes and double bookings, and what makes real pricing control possible.

How long is the commitment?

The commitment period and exit terms are written into the contract, before the first booking. [TO BE COMPLETED]

Who handles the hot tub and snow clearing?

We do. Water checks between stays, seasonal opening and closing, coordinating snow clearing of the driveway: it is built into our organisation. How it is billed is set out at the audit stage.

What if a guest damages the cottage?

Guest screening and explicit house rules exist first of all to prevent it. If an incident occurs, we assess it, document it, activate the protections the platform provides and coordinate the repairs.

Can I use my cottage whenever I want?

Yes. You block the dates you need. The earlier they are known, the better we can build the season around them — and winter weekends book a long way ahead.

How much can my cottage earn?

We do not give a figure before seeing it. Any serious estimate depends on the sector, the amenities, winter access and the immediate competition. That is precisely what the audit is for.

Do you manage elsewhere in Quebec or Ontario?

We stay in the Outaouais, Gatineau and Ottawa, deliberately. Real local roots are worth more than a presence spread thin across the province.
